Dear President of Prosuma,
On behalf of administration of « White butterflies » Foundation, I am writing to you in order to express my deepest appreciation for your cooperation and the willingness to support our foundation significantly by restoring our kitchen, a foundation that will make a great difference in the daily life of 50 mentally disabled people and employees at the same time. There is no doubt that the need is huge. We hope that you are still able to join us in funding the development of our much needed kitchen, as you have stated in a previous conversation. At the end of the letter we are sending you the attached file with the offer from the company which will undertake the project. We inform you that we have chosen this offer among others because it was considered the best and most advantageous.
The first offer includes equipment that costs 2.700 euros, which will cover a part of a kitchen (lower kitchen cabinets). We also send you a second offer in case you want to support us in order to complete the kitchen by adding stainless steel benches throughout the kitchen in accordance with ISO standards.
At any case, I would like to thank you again for your compassionate support which give us hope that you will continue to partner with us in our commitment to improve the daily life of the disabled people of our organization. In case this is difficult for you, we will send you photos of the operations of our project. In addition to, your remarkable donation will be highly appreciated and your name of organization will be placed in the Board of Great Benefactors in an obvious place which is located in the main entrance of our foundation.
